If you are monitoring telephones with up to 4 telephone lines, there is a range of equipment available. You can use a multi-channel telephone recorder or several single line phone recording devices.
For telephone adaptors, archiving software and media (e.g. CD-ROM or cassette tapes), monitoring software to enable playback via PC and security devices to ensure only authorised people listen to recorded calls.
