Returns Policy

All returns to Telephone Recorders Direct will need to go through the proper RMA (Returns Merchant Agreement) procedure.

If you are returning a product to us during the warranty period, (non-faulty or faulty) please make sure you have satisfied all of the following requirements.

  1. You have spoken to customer services or technical support tel 0871 42 42 444 (applies to fault issues)
  2. Download our RMA form by clicking here.
  3. Completed all sections of the form with instructions
  4. All returns should be original format with all items as supplied (eg: cables, manuals) unless agreed in writing.

  5. Returning of goods is the responsibility of the customer. You are advised to insure the items appropriately. We will not be responsible for items damaged during transit back to us.

Postage and Packaging

  • Wrap the item securely in its original packaging with any licences, connectors, cables, manuals or accessories
  • Include the RMA form (download here)
  • Send the package to the address below:

    For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service.
  • We will notify you when we have processed your return. You will be refunded accordingly. This will take approximately up to 2 weeks.
