Open a Corporate Account

You can apply for an account with Telephone Recorders Direct. Simply complete the Account Application Form and post/fax/email it back to us.

Subject to successful credit checking, your company will be issued with an account number. This will give you usual 30 day credit terms. Please note at this stage you cannot use your account number to purchase on-line, but will be able to in the near future.

Delivery

UK Standard Delivery

Delivery is free (orders of £500 or more, before VAT)
Delivery costs £6.95 (orders under £500)
Delivery Time - 2-3 working days, unless we inform you otherwise

UK Fast Track Delivery

If you place your order by 12 noon, subject to availability

Next Working Day by 9am = £30
Next Working Day by 10am = £17.50

Specify fast track delivery when ordering.
On receiving your fast track order, we will contact you to confirm a delivery time.
If next day delivery is not met standard delivery charges apply.

Buying and using our products outside the UK

Our products can work outside the UK assuming you are connecting to similar telephony systems and where necessary a similar electricity supply of 220/240 volts. You may need alternative telephony connectors depending on the type of telephone socket you have. Some of the most common connectors are called RJ11, RJ45 or RJ 10 telephone sockets. If you contact us with this information we can advise you on which additional connector you may need.

Please note:

• For products that are delivered outside of the UK; the Customer will be responsible for all additional costs and charges; examples that should be considered but not limited to are insurance, local sales tax and customs. Telephone Recorders Direct will not be responsible for any additional charges.
• Telephone Recorders Direct will not accept returns from sales outside the UK
