How does it work?

The special connector provided plugs into your PC’s USB port and telephone by unplugging your telephone handset. You will need a soundcard in your PC to record and playback calls.

PC Requirements

Accessories

• Data Integration Link – allows your own programme, e.g. access database or CRM software to control the 957 software. The most common use for this is the automatic transfer of customer details to your database records into the notes and reference fields within the 957 software. This integration enables you to search for a call by customer name or reference or other identifier.
