PC software for call archiving and viewing of call lists over your network. Downloading of calls to your own PC can be done manually or automatically on start up or every 1,2,3,4,5 or 6 hours. You can also choose to download just the database for easy seaching of the calls or the calls themselves for back up to your hard drive or your CD writer. Can view up to 4 IP recorders (part 932).

Phone call monitoring software provides live call listening while the call is in progress. Can be used by supervisors to listen to agents live (commonly known as "agent observe", "silent monitoring", or "barge in").

To make sure that no-one else can access your recordings without a physical "key", order a pack of 3 Crypto cards (part 930).

USB/Ethernet cable connects your 952IP, 953IP, 954IP recorder to the USB port in your computer. This cable enables a direct connection, whereas typically they would both be connected over the LAN.

Crosswire cable to connect your 952IP, 953IP and 954IP to your PC network card. Typically your PC and your call recorder would be connected over the LAN, but if you wish to connect them directly you need this cable which is cross wired.

Microphone for recording dictation, notes and meetings. Special design to give better sound quality when recording meetings, compared with other microphones, or with built in microphones. Enables Retell's phone call recording products to be used for recording meetings.
