Yes if you want to record all calls extensively on a regular basis. This product also makes it easy to swap your recorder to different phones at different times or if you want to link directly to your network. The 926 HD & CD has removable CD for archiving purposes. E.g. to send off to head office for safekeeping.
How Does it Work?
This is a single desk-recording unit that plugs into a desktop phone via the curly cord. It records to it's own inbuilt hard disc and has a capacity of 9,900 hours.
